Bottle from a Durbuy shop - many thanks, Anke!
A: hazy ochre, thin, off-white head.
A: citrus peel & flesh, pine, unripe peach, cheese.
T: sweet-sour citrus peel & zest, yeast, bread crust.
F: piney hops, soft citrus peel bitterness.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Lacks some character but technically correct.

Bottle, 5.9%. Good citric and grassy hop aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is citric and yeasty. Grapefruity finish with notes of lemon peel.

Bière 33 cl commandée chez Gorilla. Robe étrange, claire, presque beige ou chataigne. Bouche fraîche, assez levurée, petite amertume sympa. (M)

Bouteille 33cl, merci Benoit.

33cl bottle as “La petite redoutable blonde IPA” from Delhaize Chazal in Brussels. F: huge, white, long lasting. C: shiny gold, milky hazy. A: citrus, orange, bit banana, yeasty, dough. T: medium malty base, green banana, pear, dough, spicy, floral, bready, higher carbonation, not IPA more Belgian hoppy blonde ale, quite nice in this way.

Ap: 8, Ar: 7, Fl: 6, Txt: 6, O: 6, Total: 6.5

Pretty clear blond orange beer, lots of debris in the glass, big huge creamy frothy irregular off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of coriander, citrus notes, somewhat fruity, more citrus, banana, yeasty, peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, more peaches, hint of citrus, dry, bit grassy. Aftertaste: fruity touch, bit malty, yeast, spicy, some coriander, hint of banana, not an IPA at all.

IPA version of La Redoutable, apparently one that has been around for a while now, steinie bottle from Fontana in Sint-Niklaas. Very thick and foamy, thickly plaster-like lacing, eggshell-white head, resting stable on an initially lightly hazy, pale straw-golden blonde beer with very fierce visible carbonation everywhere sustaining the head; turns a misty, deeper ochre-tinged gold with sediment. Aroma of dried lime peel, soap, unripe banana, pumice, apricot, grass, minerals, straw, white bread, dried leek, rain falling on hot stones. Crisp onset, fizzy carbonation, very minerally; restrained fruitiness with aspects of green banana, unripe apricot and hard pear, still lightly sweet; soft bready malt middle with a certain soapy quality to it, otherwise bread crumb-like but a bit thinnish and cereally as well. Hoppiness quickly manifests itself with a primarily grassy and floral character, white-peppery in the end and quite firm, with only relatively weak retronasal notes of dried leek and very vague (old) citrus peel; the green banana, soapy and bread pulp aspects linger in the finish. Quenching hop-forward Belgian blonde with indeed a certain amount of IPA-ness to it, but not in a full-fledged, elegantly aromatic way. By itself, this is not bad beer at all, but you will be more satisfied if you approach it as a simple Belgian blonde ale (and be surprised by the hop profile) rather than as an IPA (and be disappointed by the hop profile).
