Aroma og smak av røde bær og milde citrusfrukter i en slank maltkropp. Mild, bæraktig bitterhet i ettersmaken. Lettdrikkelig i ettermiddagssolen. Bottle @ Beertime, Athens. Clear medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma malts, fruit syrup, caramel. Bit flat taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, light fruity. Dry bittersweet aftertaste, fruity notes, medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Aftertaste misses some zest otherwise quite nice. Note: the same beer as Septem Thursday's.

Bottle on Lesbos as Septem Thursday’s Premium Red Ale. A hoppy Irish, nice! Otherwise pleasant malts, caramel, with a healthy bitterness, quite refreshing without needing to be super-dry. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Nice.
