For the Vintage Ale 2020, we've stayed true to our roots - sourcing all our ingredients here in the UK. The story starts with DRC®, a Double Roasted Crystal malt from East Anglia that promises malty sweetness rich in caramel and raisin. Then there's the Herefordshire hops - Jester® and Godiva- adding ripe berry fruit and tangy citrus notes to the signature marmalade flavours of our famous Fuller's yeast.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Waitrose. Pours mostly clear copper-ruby with a sturdy, frothy yellow-tan head. Medium sweet flavour with nicely rounded, toasted malts, a little toasted caramel, marmalade, toffee, a few dried leaves. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Mild warmth in the finish, more toasted malts, golden raisins, dry toffee. Great stuff.

500ml bottle - Pours a clear dark amber colour with a small, mostly lasting, foamy beige head. The aroma is malty and fruity, caramel, fruit cake, sweet malts and some piney notes. A sweetish taste, sweet malts, caramel, fruit cake, prunes, resiny pine and light yeasty flavours with bittersweet finish.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours deep amber, nose is caramel, toffee, raisin, nutty, taste is bitter, sweet toffee, malty, chewy.

Bottle direct from the Brewery web shop and shared at home in Streatham, London (01/11/2022) - pours a dark amber with a off white head. Sweet and lightly toasted malty with pleasing notes of caramel, toffee, biscuity malts, nice hoppy backing, light brown sugar, marmalade rind, spiced deep warming lingering malty finish. Gorgeous.

Odense Summer Gathering 2022 after Jonas Vingegaard victory on Hautacam. Dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee, biscuit and lots of dried fruit. Sweet, rich malty flavour with fruity notes.

Dark Amber, hazy with a short lived off white head. Aroma of wild berries, wooden barrels, sweet malt and dried fruits. Quite sweet, with a dried fruit, wood and caramel end. Love these vintage beers! No. 097501
