This is one of those Pilsner I like to go back to - as quite punchy for a 4.6% ABV one. Fresh herbal aromas, mild grassiness over the Pils maltiness giving a touch of spiciness. The spicy touch continues even stronger in the taste, blended with the grassy-herb hoppiness. Mildly hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay and a coating on the brew. A crisp mouthfeel with a nice drying finish. I think this is one of those Pilsner that is amazing for the price.

Canned 05/07/2023, not sure if that's May or July, but either way, these cans just hit the shelf which is very odd. Drunk 2/26/24. Clear, pale-lemon-blonde. Large, white head, good retention. Bright, crisp lager yeast with an almost fruity saaz character. Fresh, lush herbal notes and dainty honey-like malts with seemingly great attenuation. Bit of cracker, bit of lemon, bit of paper/apple/plaster. Seems very authentic. Very clean. Spicy hop with ample but not overdone bitterness. Light apple, plaster, mineral and a crisp finish. Really, really, well-done yeast character here. Malts show mostly cracker with highly attenuated honey-like character. Could see it being a touch more malty even, but it's only 4.6%. Still has some round maltiness and pretty ample depth. Super clean, crisp, bright, and really artfully-hopped. Stunning that this is either seven or nine months old. World class as the ratings seem to suggest - approximates the high quality czech pilsner you'd get in the Czech region.

Can at home. Small residual haze but gold and soapy white head. Nose is honey and biscuits. Tatses of biscuit cookies this wine in blue tin, lemon, honey and grass. Maybe due to post workout brew but damn this hits the spot.

Gold colour with a slight haze and fine carbonation. Has a bright houblonic nose that's kind of gooseberry, light saaz, a bit of stone fruit, pear, lots going on and it plays well with the clean bready pale malt base. The bitterness is relatively mild, just enough really. Malts are decent, albeit not transcendent. Overall, very good pilsner.

On tap at BreWskey, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small with white head. Aroma brings out crisp biscuity malt and grassy hops. Flavour is crisp, with grassy hops, herbaceous notes, and crisp crackery malt. Crisp and clean, but not world-class as the current ratings seem to suggest — doesn't approximate the quality you'd get from the top pilsners in Czech. Still, well-made and beer crisp. Good.

Bottle: Poured a golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light vegetable notes is OK. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes but some light overcooked vegetable notes were also noticeable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable but I could do without those light overcooked vegetable notes.

Bravo LTM.
