This big-bird-couloured-blue-bastard is our IIPA. This beer will rock and F*ck up your taste buds for sure. A double IPA as a double IPA should be. A full bodied palate wrecker of a hop bomb. We dry hop this bad-boy in every tank to get all those tropical, fruity, piney and citrusy aromas and flavors in there. For this mofo we use 8 different American hop varieties! And it’s the beer with the most hops in it and for that reason no beer to put away. IPA means drink fresh! Obviously unfiltered and unpasteurized.

330ml bottle, thanks to Benzai! Pours hazy deep amber. Strong earthy hop aroma. Taste is pine, resin, hops, earthy malt and a robust bitterness. Mouthfeel is a touch syrupy but on the whole an exceedingly nice DIPA. Thanks Rene.

Has a copper colour. Soapy head. Caramelly, bittersweet, sticky. Powerful hoppiness.

Tap@Fermentoren, CPH (22/08/2014) - amber pour with off-white head. Aroma and taste is tropical fruity and sweet malty,grapefruit on the palate, some toffee, caramel, great bitter finish.

Brewda . Pours unclear dark orange to brown . Nearly no head . Smell is fruity , bitter . Taste is bitter , pine , bit dry . Very nice !

Draught @ Fermentoren, Århus. Pours amber with a offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, fruity hops, peach, citrus, little pine. Flavor is malt, fruity, light harsh hops, cheese. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. 030914

Flaske delt på dag 2, RBHD-samlingen hos Asle Bjørn: mørk oransje med kort beige skum. En kompleks humlearoma og like kompleks smak, men så har de også brukt 5 malter og 6 ulike humler. Karamellsødme og varmende alkohol blander seg inn, og det hele nærmer seg en barley wine. Noe appelsinmarmelade. Balansert i all sin velde.

Dark orange. Beige head. Sweet aroma of grape fruit, orange marmelade, tropical fruits and pine shoots. Similar taste, combined with significant malt sweetness. Well-balanced and easily drinkable, even with 9 % ABV.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Deep orange to reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Strong and attractive aroma and flavour of mainly American hops, notes of caramelized orange marmalade. Medium sweet, massive resinous and grapefruity bitterness.
