Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a big, dense, lacing white head. Mild spicy aroma with yeast and hint of citric fruit in the background. A bit unusually in taste, yeasty and peppery as expected but also hint of bread, lime and grassy bitterness. Definitively drinkable but feels too unbalanced, not the usually high standard beer from Burning Sky.

Solid powerful hoppy beer with an Belgian twist. Rattle and shake baby. One more please.
Nice unclear yellow pour with a fine head. Good lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Hoppy and yeast. Pleasant carbonation level. Easy to drink. Moderate sweet and a fine mild acidity. Lasting tail. Citric, fruity, yeast and some spices.

KØLF 191018. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, spices, lime. Flavor is yeast, spices, lime, tangerine. OK beer.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Beer Merchants. Pours mostly clear honey-gold with a big, frothy white head; hazier towards the end of the bottle. Quite yeast forward, come citric notes, wheat bread, light bitter straw, ripe tangerine, light alcohol. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Finishes with mild boozy warmth, more doughy wheat bread, white pepper, lemon peel, saison yeast. Good stuff.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Al naso sentori di bergamotto e citronella. In bocca è semplice nell'impostazione ma di ottima beva, dolciastra con chiusura fresca acidula. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok.

On tap at Fuggles Beer Cafe Tonbridge. Cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. Saison yeast aroma. Fruity almost berry fruity in mouth slightly herby on aroma. Full in mouth. Spicy bitter herby berry saison character. Very good. Full on flavours throughout. Slightly sweeter than other saison from here I think. Bit more full malty biscuit.

Bottle. Can’t remember where from. Green tinged, pale, dirty gold. Minimal head. Nose has preserved lemon. Lemon rind. Damp grain. Straw. Ripened banana. Apple core. Sour bread. Taste is mostly sweet, with some yeast dryness. Medium body, feeling a little oily on the palate. Soft to medium carbonation. More of the oily thing on the finish. Thought it might be brighter than it is. Tasty gear though.

Flaske fra Vinnonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Gyldengulgråbrun. Uklar. Lavt kremaktig skum. Beskjeden aroma av krydder & banan. Smaken tørr frukt. Syrlig tørr ettersmak. Mye bunnfall igjen i flaska.

Bottle from Clapton Craft. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, cereal, toasty grain, bread, spice, grass and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, decent hit of bitterness, toasty grain, cereal, hearty bread, spice, grass, hay, twist of lemon, sherbet, apple, pear skin and a touch of alcohol . Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A big, hearty saison. Robust and quaffable.

Keg at MK VHX, 26/01/18. Light golden with a decent white head. Nose is crisp hay, lemon rind, yeast strokes, apple core, crackers, grains. Taste comprises yeast esters, lemon drizzle, hay bale, light white peppery spice, sharp citric bounce, stale bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent saison.
