Bottle. No idea where from. Pale straw colour. Soft haze. Lively, white foam. Nose has lemon. Lavender. Rose petal. Bready, dry grain. Straw. Taste is sweet and floral, with a light dryness. Light body. Foamy carbonation. Fairly drying finish. Not tons going on, but it went down really quick.

Bottle picked up at The Bottle Shop. I pours clear very pale yellow with a thick, dense white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, rather floral, freshly laundered clothes, cracker, some orchard fruits and cracker. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, bright, zingy citrus, sherbet even, floral, in particular chamomile, straw, pepper and cracker with a firmly dry finish. Light body and high, foamy carbonation. Quite subtle, yet well done. Effortlessly drinkable anyhow.

Keg at the bottle shop druid Street. A pale yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice delicate floral, light triple karmeliet on the nose, pale grains, grass, Belgian yeast. Palate is light and crisp, high carbonation, chalky. Flavour is of composed of light crisp grains, pils, grass, chalk, not bad. Refreshing.

Bottleshop. Keg. Clear paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin palate, fairly dry. Modest fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Tangy citrus fruits with an odd bitterish candy fruits mixed in. Lemon sherbet on the finish. Slightly odd but amusing.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the Bottle Shop. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, pure white head. The nose has some prominent camomile, lemon peel, doughy wheat. Light sweet flavour with soft bitter hay, more wheat bread, camomile, straw, ripening lemon, vanilla, meringue. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. A little sweet in the finish, with licks of honey, more faintly bitter straw, lemon meringue, hay, doughy wheat bread. Fairly basic but enjoyable, and certainly drinkable.
