Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced via Etre, I think. Slow gusher - left it on the counter for a minute or two and it started oozing out, albeit very slowly. Pours deep brown, clear, with a foamy beige head that settles down quickly. Gorgeous beer, with a comical amount of complexity without being too silly. Has some soft roast, lots of subtly tangy, dark fruits, a little warming alcohol, red wine, mellow drying wood, low bitterness, a nip of funk. Full bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, pretty clean and dry, with more red wine, some buggy notes, ripening berries. Really delicious. And dangerously drinkable.

Bottle from Mikkeller Odense. Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of brettanomyces funk, licorice and chocolate, with a touch of dried fruit. Dry, roasted and funky flavour with a lot of complexity, and a nice smoothness

Dark brown, very fine lasting head. Super sour aroma with hints of dark grains. The caramel comes in first on the flavor followed by a nice complex sourness, finishing with balanced bitterness. Mild coffee. Not much pickle here.
