Pastry sour, jak na piwny deser przystało musi być słodki – dlatego 2% ekstraktu pochodzi z laktozy, cukru mlecznego, nie fermentowanego przez drożdże w czasie fermentacji, przez co tak przyjemnie równoważy kwaśność kwasu mlekowego i owoców tropikalnych. Resztę zasypu stanowią jasne słody, w tym wpływające na zmętnienie i aksamitną teksturę słód pszeniczny i płatki owsiane. Używamy przecierów wytworzonych z całych, wydrylowanych owoców.

Tap at CBF Vienna. Hazy, juicy orange pour, white head. Nose is beautiful, vivid tropical fruits, low vanilla, some tartness. In taste it shows the same notes, perhaps a little less apparent, but still pretty damn good. Long lasting tart and somewhat sweet finish, light creamy body, soft to average carbonation. Tasty.

Butelka 33cl (BB 02.10.2020). Żółte, zmętnione z dość sporą i trwałą, białą pianą. Aromat intensywny z nutami słodkich owoców tropikalnych, ananasa, marakui i subtelnym kwaśnym akcentem. Pełne w odbiorze, słodkie i kwaśne zarazem, świetnie zbalansowane, bardzo gładkie mimo kwaśności, slodowo-ciasteczkowe, bardzo dobre.

330 ml bottle from Concept Stu Mostow, Wroclaw, bb 02.10.2020 Orange, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma of fleshy passion fruit puree, Guava, pineapple, vanilla, citrus, mango, straw, lactose. Tastes similar, with more lactose and sweet creaminess. Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium sweet, moderate sour, a bit dry, citric, lactic, with loads of long-lasting tropical fruits. Tasty! Loads of juicy, tropical fruits, a milky creaminess and just enough sourness for a great freshness. Not too gimmicky, well balanced and extremely quaffable. Lovely stuff! Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

330ml bottle. Murky golden yellow, white head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, loads of guava and passionfruit, pineapple. Taste is sweet and sour tropical fruits, intense guava, mango, passionfruit, pineapple is there but less distinct, a bit of lactose sweetness. Medium body, smooth, good carbonation. Excellent sour.

Bottle @White Whale in Warsaw, consumed in Serbia. Juicy peach pulp color with a minimal white foam with small retention. Nose is an explosion of passion fruit with much tropical, mild lactose and pepper. Mouth is certainly lactose-led, sweet, drinkable like hell with charming guava notes. Nice brew
