A whole ton of fruit was added to 2000 litres of beer to ensuring an unrepeatable experience. A combination of raspberries, black currant, vanilla and sour lactic fermentation creates a complex and unbelievably intense flavor and pushes your understanding of what a beer can be a step further.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Pours burgundy with an off white head. Nose and taste are intense, tart to sour fruity notes, big berries and as it warms the vanilla also appears and rounds out the taste nicely. Light to medium bodied with soft carbo, drinks below the ABV.

Tap at Francis Beer Café, Pilzen, Saturday 20th January 2024 in the company of Nick and Anna. Pours blood red, pink Barbie head, aroma of stewed plums. Tart tangy and with a great sourness, this is lovely.

Can from Craft House, Prague. Hazy deep red, stable, foamy, pink head; some sediment. Aroma of brambleberry, cassis juice, raspberry, blueberry, forest fruit yoghurt, vanilla, fruit cake. Taste has sour cassis & brambleberry, sweetish raspberry and a yoghurty malt base, touch vanilla. Tart, red-fruity finish, some bitter berry peels and tannic at that, lingering vanilla impression. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Utterly balanced and quite delicious.

Tap at Lya. Murky purple body with a pinkish head. Blackcurrant and raspberry highly evident in the aroma, without even looking at what it was made with, light vanilla too. Holy shit, this one was so damn obvious with what it was made with. Tart taste, predominantly blackcurrant-driven. Simple, okay, didn't thrill me as much as it has the others perhaps. After that Yummy, this was just... not thrilling.

Not so smooth at all.
