Iron Horse Pale Ale is a boldly aromatic Northwest style pale ale. It pours a deep gold color with a thick white head that lingers in the glass. The first impression is the immense hop aroma that wafts out of the glass, thick with tropical fruit, floral, and grapefruit notes. Iron Horse makes for a great, sessionable, hoppy pale ale that makes hop lovers go crazy!

Golden amber, great lasting head. Mango fruity aroma with a strange grassy off note. The taste is a bit weird, but nice citrus tropical fruity notes. Something is definitely off but hard to place what.

Can. A- Grapefruit, orange pith, slightly soapy. A- Orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Floral, bitter, pine, grapefruit, citrus rind, mild caramel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Much more complex than I expected. Lots of grapefruit bitterness here. Some caramel bread as it warms. They had a mango version that was almost double the price. Not sure why the mango version is so much more. Solid pale ale. Almost tastes like a Toppling Goliath brew.

19/VII/17 - 12Fl. Oz. can from a trade @ home - BB: just a pink blob on the bottom of the can (2017-1050) Thanks to Ryan for the trade!

Clear orange beer, big irregular yellow head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: nice fruity start, bit dank, cheesy, little funky, thinking about sorachi ace? Citrus, grapefruit and some lychee. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of citrus, nice refreshing bitterness, perfectly balanced with a sweet caramel malty backbone. Aftertaste: nice bitter hops, citrus, some alcohol, lots of grapefruit, bit resinous, fruity, some pineapple, orange peel, lovely stuff!
