An oasis of flavor in the desert of normalcy, this cocktail-inspired imperial gose is brewed with agave and sea salt then aged in tequila barrels. These styles of beer are for people who don't like beer, but that doesn't mean it's not good. Hazy gold in color with a three finger head. Aroma is margarita with catus fruit. Taste is also margarita and catus fruit.

A daark red beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has raspberries, pear, sourness. Taste has sweetness of pear and caramel, sourness, hint of barrel. Medium bodied, slight stickyness. Very nice beer.

Clear red amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth, decent fine carbonation. Sweet malts, a light but robust creaminess. Prickly pear comes through loud and clear, that jammy rich fruitiness. That salty limey tequila barrel excellence comes through on the back end, my only gripe is that is doesn't wrestle the pear to the ground.

Clear red orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: smells like lemonade, super sweet and sugary impression, strawberry jam, not very convincing... MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet sugary start indeed, a bit sourish, lots of strawberry, sugary, nice but too sweet. Aftertaste: sourish, sweet, sugary, very fruity, lots of strawberry jam, bitter finish.

355 ml bottle. Clear dark red colour with a dense light pinkish head. Sweet aroma with red berries, pears, salty notes, lemons and subtle oaked notes. Taste is light sour. Medium to full bodied. Lingering tart fruity finish. Less tequila barrel than the grapefruit and the version without added fruit juice.

Bottle from Beer Hop. It pours clear deep magenta with a thick, fluffy pinky - white head. The aroma is sweet, sour, tart, tangy, hibiscus, jammy berry, cranberry, raspberry, prickly pear, damp oak and some saltiness. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, juicy, sweet - sour, salted cracker, loads of red fruit, prickly pair, raspberry, cranberry, hibiscus, rosehip, fizzy cherry cola bottles, dull green agave vibes, mild acidity and vague alcohol (nowhere near the 10%). Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Super fruity. Fun stuff.

Pours bright ruby orange into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to pool surface. Sweet berry aromas. Thick with sweet strawberry, blueberry and raspberry upfront turning to tart prickly pear and warming agave in the lasting finish.

Bottle from Gedeelde Vreugde. Clear amber, thin, off-white head. Aroma of pear, red apple, candied lime, pineapple, plum, dark honey, caramel, biscuit, tequila. Taste has sweet pear, apple & plum in a biscuity & honey-like malt body, prolonging the sweetness; sourish lime & lemon touches; floral hoppy finish, bit salty, ongoing sweet candied yellow & red fruits, warming alcohol of white rum & tequila. Medium body, syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Unusual brew but also unbalanced.
