Godt Bryg serien hylder den stolte danske ølbrygningstradition fra 33 lokale bryggerier, det ældste blev grundlagt i 1832. "Godt Bryg" brugte man til at beskrive de bedste øl, og de opskrifter har vi ladet os inspirere af. Brygget med gode råvarer, og samme håndværksmæssige stolthed som dengang, tilført det vi har lært om ølbrygning siden - så du nu kan smage på historien.

500 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.7%. Mahogany colour, large to moderate beige head. Aroma of malts, dark bread, burnt breadcrumbs and caramel. Nice malty flavour, sweeter than the aroma made me expect, but not too much. Distinct notes of caramel and dark bread, hints of prunes, moderate hops.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is mild chocolate, some toasted tones, wood and some resiny notes. Flavour is caramel, some resin, mild toasted tones as well as some slight earthy notes. OK Dunkel.

Bottle from Rema1000 @ Home. Pours clear dark brown with a creamy tan head, lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, bread, light toasted, brown sugar. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 240522

From a shared 50 cl bottle. Dark mahogany colour with a dense tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, nuts, chocolate, sugars. Toasted notes. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Slightly drying fruity finish. Rich and sweet.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 02.03.2022) im 2021-06 getrunken. Dieses Bier kommt mit einer sehr kurzweiligen, beigen Schaumbildung und dunkler Mahagoni Farbe. In der Nase kündigt sich schon ein voller malziger Körper an. Am Gaumen bestätigt sich ein ausgewogenes Malzaroma mit einer ausgeglichenen, feinen Süsse. Ein schönes, süffiges Bier - Lecker!

Bottle, 5.7%. Malty and metallic aroma. Very dark brown colour. Clear with a red shine. Big tan head, quite stable. The flavour is sweet and very malty. Lots of brown sugar, caramel, and some molasses. Good.
