Keg at The Red River Inn, Gwithian. Not uniform colour from top to bottom. Light to gold. Fizzy. Decent enough pils.

500ml bottle: BB September 2024. Poured into my old Paderborner Goldpilsner vase shaped glass (twice) at home on 8th March 2024. First pour gave me a bright, clean and clear golden beer with a snow white head, the second pour gave a slight haze to the golden body. A mini sweetness in the taste, grainy/malty and earthy, enjoyed it.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a thick cream head; grainy aroma; fruity taste with a touch of citrus; and a sweet grainy finish.

So we have the 4.4% version from Qwerty Beer Box. Aroma is sweet- honey and dough. Clear gold. Thin translucent white head - the bubbles cling to the inner-rim. Medium-light bitter. Quinine. Citrus edge. A hint of bread. Develops a herbal streak. Light bodied. Thin if slick. Flat-soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Doesn't really hit the spot. An intrusive bitterness.
