Bottle split at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels over Quint weekend. Pours mostly clear bright golden with a white cap. Aroma: sweet white grapes, grape must, barnyard funk, leather, oak. Taste: moderate tart, sweet grape, grape skins, lemon, oak, funk. Medium body with light spritzy carbonation. Enjoyed the sweet grape notes as something a little different. Good one.

Bottle from Beer Merchants. It pours ever so slightly hazy deep orangey - blonde with a small, fluffy white head. The aroma is bright, vibrant, zingy, tangy, lovely vinous character, tart white grape, must, gooseberry, funky brett, farmyard, damp oak and basement vibes. The taste is dry oak, musty, funky, barnyard vibes, nip of spice, kick of acidity, hay, spice, white wine, bright grape character, gooseberry, white currant, splash of whit wine vinegar and twist of lemon-lime citrus with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Good mix of grapey fruits and funk.

Medium white head, rather stable for lambic, over fully hazy ochre beer. Horseblanket, farmyard odours, old wet wood; bit floral, blossoms, sour fruit. Very sour flavour, ultra dry and tart, lemon, lemonpeel. Finish gives a lot of wood. Sour white grapes. Outspoken acidthinning, -burn; dry-out effect; lipsmacking acidity. 8.4 % is plausible, but one wouldn't guess it blind. Another excellent, if severe gueuze. Thanks to Stef!

Clear blond to gold beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: clean, funky, nice, spicy, peppery, barnyard, horse blanket. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: clean acidity, some sulphur notes, funky, very sourish, dry, herbal. Aftertaste: dry, lemony, funky, clean acidity, lemon juice, bitter notes, a little woody, funky, peppery, nice!

750mL bottled 11/24/2020, drunk 3/26/22. Clear, soft, brassy/peachy-gold with a small, white head that fades quickly to a ring. Nose is soft, tropical fruit-laced gewurztraminer grapes with lychee, pear, honey and a generous helping of balanced bacterial/yeast acidity that's strong on the brett and lacto. Clean, clear, crisp and just fantastically expressive in its tartness without too much grape acidity and tons of mineral lingering. Zesty citrus rind, with tons of soft lactic acidity and juicy, mineral-rich Brett notes showcases soft lime and lingering cellar must mixed with juicy, tropical grape fruits. Man, this is one balanced, easygoing, flavorful lambic. Even the usual overabundance of acid from the grape addition doesn't seem to manifest here. Just white wine, Brett, cellar, mineral and light citrus rind with honey-like malts that are supple and well-attenuated. No alcohol or flaw.

Bottle bb 24/11/2030. Orange, hazy body, with a small, yellowish head. Lovely aroma of funk, basement, some cheese, grapes, rustic and a bit spicy notes, straw. Tastes also amazing, a bit sweeter, with more grapes. Medium, slightly creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes perfect, smooth, medium funky, fruity, vinous, with grapes, apple, straw, some citrus. Amazing! Perfect balance between the funk, the characterful grape notes and an elegant, vinous character to it. My favorite grape Lambic by Tilquin so far, beautiful! 9 / 4 / 9 / 5 / 17

0,75l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells very funky, traminer, stone fruits, hay, lovely lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vinous, funky, traminer, stone fruits, bit peachy, herbal. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of funky notes, traminer and some stone fruit notes. very very nice one, lovely funk and grape notes, super complex, this is amazing, this is probably also gonna age very nicely.
