Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey golden with a lacing and off-white head. Fresh, malty, biscuity and rather fruity nose. Medium body, malty but not overly sweet and the hop balance is close to perfection. 090126

(Bottle, 't Kelkje, Amsterdam, 16 Aug 2025) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grain and apricots. Malty taste with bread, grain, apricots and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Soft, clean and harmonious. Nice one.

Bottle.
Hazy orange-golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is bready, nutty. Taste is bready, malt, light herbal notes. Silky mouthfeel, quite light bodied, low carbonation. Not between the greatest examples in the region, but still a nice beer.

Bottle at home. Orangeish amber pour with a thin head. Loads of hay, honey and bready notes, quite sweet with virtually no bitterness for balance. Not bad, just not my cuppa tea.

Tap at Klosterbräu. #1. Amber, slightly cloudy. Metallic sweet, malt. Front heavy, but still full body. Creamy fizzy, a nice bitter malty sweetness.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear copper with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is toasty grain, cereal, pie crust, floral , leafy and grassy hops. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy bitterness, toasty grain, cereal, bitter - sweet, grass, leafy, florals, some spice and nuttiness with a drying, almost woody finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Don't think it would stand out in a crowd, but it's rounded and rather drinkable stuff.
