In this experiment we pushed the boundaries of a well-balanced, high gravity, highly hopped IPA, while increasing drinkability.
This Double IPA is brewed and generously dry hopped with Mosiac hops. You'll find a super floral nose, smooth bitterness, with hints of blueberries, mango, and papaya.

Tap@Warpigs, Copenhagen (Bottle Logic TTO 09/05/2018) - hazy golden coloured pour with white head. Fruity and malty, tropical and citrus fruits with some tangerine and grapefruit, light peachy and mango, pine needles, hoppy bitter finish.

Tap. Clear copper color with white head. Aroma is petrol, juicy hops, some booze. Taste is petrol, jam, caramel, booze, a bit weird. Oily mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Ok.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, leafs, hay, moss, old lawn, minerals, hops, paper, light malts, bark. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, leafs, hay, moss, flowers, minerals, lawn, soil, paper, alcohol, bark, fruit stones. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity piney hoppy aroma. Fruity malty piney hoppy bitter peachy flavor. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy bitter finish.

Level 42 Bottle share. Thanks to Leighton. Clear amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Light palate, modest carbonation. Light pale malts, nice light creamy sweetness. Lovely hops - spicy pine, mango, mild orange and orange peel. More spicy pine and mango. Lovely stuff.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, biscuit malt with, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, pink grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex, yet quaffable. On tap at brewery.

Bottle shared on Level 42, 09/06/2016. Huge thanks to Leighton for this one. A bright golden orange coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice caramel, pine, little juicy, orange rind and some mango. Palate is medium bodied, sticky hop resin, moderate carbonation,. Flavour is composed of nice juicy mango, pineapple, pine and some, chewy caramel. Good stuff.
