330ml bottle, thanks to JefVerstraete. Pours dark / black, small tan head. Aroma is coffee, liquorice, bitter dark chocolate. Smooth on the palate, rich bitter dark chocolate, roasted malt, not too much maple syrup jumping out, light milky nods, some cigar and leathery moments. Enjoyable stout.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of sweet maple, hazelnut, malt, sugar and caramel. Taste has sweet sugary maple, caramel, hazelnut, malt, lactose and chocolate. Very sweet and a bit too sugary.

Bottle at a tasting. Courtesy of JefVerstraete via EU Local Swap. Thanks! Full body, rather high carbonation. Fully malty, moderate roast, chocolate, coffee, cocoa. Initially rather sweet, but swings towards bitterness in the finish. ABV hidden well. Hints of dried fruits as well. Very tasty, sipper, very good.

Bottle. A gift from my mate Sean at Beer Central. Cheers boss. 8.2%. Clear, deep cola brown. Really dense, lasting, fully lacing, beige head. Looks the beans. Nose has sweet roast malt. Milky coffee. Syrup. Nutty chocolate. Some vine fruits. Taste is sweet and fruity, with a well balanced, roast malt and coffee bitterness. Medium body. Syrupy smooth on the palate. Fine carbonation. Vinous, nutty bitterness to finish.

330 ml bottle from Craft Beer Fest Malta 2018. Pours murky dark brown / black with a cappuccino coloured head. Cassis, cranberries, blueberry, dark cherries, cognac, maple, dry citrus notes, burnt malt, roasted breadcrumps, some ashes. Metallic bitterness, heavy fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, bitter finish. Very good.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate tan head. Aromas of dull chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors of oily black coffee, lacotose/sugar and roasted malts. Less body and depth than expected.
