Our third Brut IPA takes yet another approach to the style. This time we've increased the hops and spun the beer on oak, with those tannins accentuating the dryness and offering roundness and depth to the flavour profile.

Juicy Brut IPA. Tropical, spring onion, light clove. Mildly sweet start, turns a little sour amd bone dry, with subtle but potent medium bitterness. Consistency and carbonisation is perfect.

Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts with an equally thin creamy sweetness. Feels like a touch of milky sweetness here to. A pleasing light champagne vibe. Not sure I would have spotted the oak without the clue it was there, but yes, now I know, a light soft vanilla. Modest floral citrus. Light finish. Nice but nit quite as clean and crisp as it might be.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, hay, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemons, straw, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft glass @ Beerlovers Bar. Hazy orange, big creamy white head. Nose is milky stone fruit, peach, strangely big cheesy, hazy even. Taste is too doughy, strange peach, almost cheese, more NEIPA even than anything Brut really weird, some cheese, hazy body. Okay but strangely off style it seemed for me.
