Can. Hazy amber with an inch of white head. Aroma of sticky bread crusts, nectarines, grapefruit, white pepper. Creamy texture, moderate carbonation. Sweet bread crusts, really rather fruity, with some odd tropical notes along with the citrus and white nectarines. Dries out a bit towards the end with medium bitterness. Didn’t really like the tropical fruit and still feel that hops - particularly fruity ones - should be more of a garnish in things like this, but it’s pleasant enough.

Very slightly hazy golden coloured body with a lot of bubbles rising from the bottom and a nice two centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of bright grapefruity and citrusey hops with a good bright malt nose and a touch of cleanser - very nice and fragrant throughout. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and citrusey hops up front that show very well and leave the palate poised for the smooth malt. Aftertaste clean and slightly sweet, but the malt shines through and especially the bright citrusey hops. Overall, a surprisingly nice beer throughout with a great hop profile for a japanese beer - definitely worth trying if you can find this! I sampled this 333 mL stubby bottle (best by: 15-April-2016) on 04-July-2014 in my hotel room here in Wan Chai, Hong Kong purchased from City’Super! in Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 03-July-2014 for HK$29,00.

Bottle with friends. Golden appearance with an off white head. Aromas of paper, lemon, and toast. Kind of bland aroma with veggie. Twangy, dull flavor. A little bit of apple, light caramel, and harsh bitterness.

33 cl can, souvenir from Japan trip. Clear golden-orange color. White head, looks sticky, quickly receding. Aroma’s of malt/grain, some sweet fruit with a light aromatic and herbal hoppiness. Flavor is moderate sweet, malty, some dried fruit. Light bodied, but certainly not too thin. Finishes rather dry with a delicate bitterness. Very enjoyable and better than I expected.

Can 350ml. [ As Coedo Kyara ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity malt, dried fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, dried fruit, fruity malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140328]
