2021+ version. Can from Geers; 1 month past BB date. Clear golden, huge, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of wet grass, straw, ripe mango, spruce, melon, grape. Taste has sweetish mango & melon, sourish citrus flesh, evolving into a lactic, slightly infected note; hint of funky straw & sourdough. Bitter, piney & grassy hoppy finish, with that sour infected fruit note returning, hint of grape too, giving it a 'Saison'-like touch. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Not so much past its best as infected; the turn of events towards a 'Saison IPA' or something was surprising but probably not intended.

440 ml can. Cloudy orange, foamy head. Tropical fruits (papaya, mango, pineapple), resin, pine, herbal grassy hops, lemon zest, grapefruit. Hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Full to medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, hoppy bitter / fruity sweet finish. Nice!

Can bb 15 Oct 21. Clear blond colour with thin head. Lots of rounded floral and slightly earthy hop notes. Growing bitterness in the aftertaste.

Can. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, white sugar, bready, very exotic too. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation.

Can. Lightly hazy, big frothy, bubbly head. Aroma is pine, resin, herbal. Medium body. Flavour is malty, caramel, pine, herbal hops, grapefruit, earthy. Quite nice.

Can from Pivny raj Quite okay IPA, but I was not truly convinced about the west coast thing. Like it was fairly nice gettaway from NEIPA world but...

New brew 0.44 can from the brewery Webshop. Very light haze in caramel amber, big head, nose is malty citrus. Lots of orange, grapefruit, lemon on the tongue with caramel undertones and then a piney aftertaste. A bit harsh bitterness on the finish for my taste, but overall a good example of the West Coast IPA style with German grown hops.

8/I/21 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 15/X/21 (2021-24)

Clear orange beer, big creamy dense off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: little malty, spicy, some tropical fruits, funky touch, bit herbal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, pretty bitter, metallic, sweet touch. Aftertaste: some caramel, hoppy, bit resinous, bit grassy, oxidized, malty, some ripe banana.
