Refreshing and engaging. A full, well laced white head on a light straw body. The nose features fruit, a slight sour acidity and funky yeast. The taste profile strikes some nice balances. Fruit cocktail, funky Bret yeast, very much there but under control, honey, some spice and a nice tart fruity hop element in the finish. Solid, dense mouth feel well balanced by high medium carbonation.

Hazy, Cloudy yellow pour, with a large, rocky white head. Aroma has lots of lemon, hints of yeast, candied citrus peel, slight tartness, grass, and green hoppy notes. Effervescent mouthfeel and carb, pleasant and not over powering. Finish has a subtle tartness, low to medium bitterness, more lemon and grassy finish. Pretty juice stuff. Subtle but yet still complex.

Bière bien limpide et de couleur plutôt dorée... Le nez est fait d'ananas, d'agrumes et de levure Saison. C'est vraiment très sec en bouche et vraiment délicieux.

Le Castor Colorado Wild Ale 6.2% Cloudy gold with a thick fluffy head and a sweet tart fruity wheat aroma. Light bodied and super dry with a tart fruity flavor and some chewy wheat. Good stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Bug frothy-foamy warm cap, good retention and some soapy lace. Brett aromas with the wild yeast creating earthy tones and hints of plastic. This plasticy feeling is also in the taste, but with some orange juices and mild hops. Earthiness and nicely light dry finish. It alright all-around but the plastic feel is not the best. Could be from the hops, but I no like this.

Cloudy, tan, bubbly head. Brett first. Some icing sugar sweet pale malts, a fair bit of nice orangey hop, and I like it, but not super clean or complex.
