750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is nicely buggy, with lots of oak, rustic saison yeast, and wild bugs. Flavour has lots of toasted grains, rustic saison yeast, some bugginess, oak, and then finishing with lots of toasted grains. Quite grainy, but has a nice buggy, oaky finish. Very good.

Hazy, pale. Not much head. This has a bright stone fruit, the base is soft, pale malt, fruity, a touch of acidity, good complexity here. Touch of brett, a nice plum note, yeah this is excellent. That little touch of bitterness in the finish

Bottling fault maybe? completely flat. Nice apricot funk. Light oak and pome fruit notes. Pleasant but wish it had some carbonation

Flaska från staterna, 2021 b1. Klar blekguldig med vit krona. Mycket citrustoner, lite stenfrukt, lätt mineralig, brett, bra beska. Låg syra, mer brettig funk. Gott och fräscht.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di frutta gialla, erbaceo, limone, bretta. In bocca ha una leggera acidità, citrica, buona secchezza, leggero enterico. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona, ma mi aspettavo di più.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is full of that classic SARA funk. Lots of green grape, under ripe stone fruit, pear and lemon notes. Light grain notes with hints of oak and alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, dull, golden color with a medium large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light acidity and light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate notes of green grapes, pear, lemon and under ripe stone fruit. Hints of tropical fruit. Light oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid expression of a SARA saison. Light bodied, balanced malt notes and bitterness with solid SARA fruity funk. Light oak and balanced acidity.

This is delicious. Dry and lightly tart. Moderately hopped and yeast is prominent.
