Black. This has a very rich dark chocolate umami to it. Big, full body. Not getting the cherry…did it drop off or was it never there? Still a rich, delicious stout.

Bottle. Pours opaque black minimal head or lacing. Aroma is cocoa, mouthwash, peptol bismol cherry. Floodlit is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Better as it warms, but un awesome. Full body. Dear mister Fremont Brewer, please refrain from adding fruits to your Imperial stouts it is not a good thing.

Leftover sample, thanks Bart! Smells roasty, bourbon, plenty of syrupy cherry. Smooth body, soft carbonation, not crazy thick, pretty boozy. Taste is lots of chocolate and plenty of bourbon, clear vanilla. Cherry is restrained but noticable. Tasty stuff!

650 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of Neopolitan ice cream, chocolate syrup, and roasted malts. Flavor of chocolate nougat, dark but not sour cherries, soft bourbon and oily roasted malts. Warm finish. Very good.
