Zingy, fruity & deliciously moreish, with fine bubbles and a long dry finish. Brewed with local Somerset apple juice, tasty tart gooseberries, and an elegant hint of raspberry.

75cl bottle from Sainsbury's, shared with Soph and Ewan on New Year's Day 2023. Dull hazed pink appearance with minimal head. A bit odd it has to be said. Some clear raspberry puree action, distinctly sweet, boosted by the 9% strength, but just does not feel harmonised with the apple juice. Not diggin this unfortunately.

Well. Bitter, sweet, but no symphony. Not much body. Front heavy. A hint of salt.

Bottle. Looks like a hazy rose champagne. Nose is cherry blossoms, very mild/smooth sour nose. The flavor is also quite a bit like a sour-champagne, white wine grapes with a hint of grapefruit. It's amazing this is a beer and not a wine, very impressive.

Bottle. Hazy pinkish-orange color with white head. Aroma is raspberry, dough, mild white peppery. Taste is raspberry, some apple indeed, dough, sweeter than expected. Not too dry finish. Foamy carbonation. Quite a nice one, incredibly easy-going for this ABV!

Bottle. Wild Beer online. Never knew this was in Sainsbury’s. Blush pink. Lovely off white, creamy foam. Nose has sweet red apple. Apple pie. Hint of brett. Touch of unripe raspberry. Taste is bittersweet apple and raspberry. Super smooth mouthfeel with rolling fine carbonation. Drinks ridiculously well under the ABV. Tart and juicy finish. Great stuff.
