14 July 2023. The Great Van Hoefskes Tasting - cheers all!
A: hazy yellow, stable, frothy, white head.
A: old peach, guava, mandarin peel, shallot, vague sea breeze (?).
T: sweetish peach, sourish citrus, cereal.
F: peppery hops, bit harsh spicy, pithy citrus & stone fruit.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Too harsh really.

Mild herber, süßlich hopfiger Beginn. Orange, Hafer, mittelstark hopfig, minimale Bitterkeit. Dumpf getreidig, etwas trocken, mittellanger Abgang - nett. 10/9/11/9/12/11

Cloudy blond beige beer, big creamy to fluffy white head, stable, irregular, a bit adhesive. Aroma: tropical fruits, juicy, some citrus, sweet impression, a little dank, ripe pineapple. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle bitterness up front, pretty fruity, a bit malty, little soapy, citrus, ok. Aftertaste: pretty bitter touch, soapy, floral notes, some tropical fruits, ok but not great.

Can picked up from Yankee and Kraut webshop and split with Jonas and Dave, thanks Jonas for sorting this out. Consumed at home Friday 21st October 2022 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and cooking Indian Spiced Meatballs in Curry Sauce. Pours hazy deep yellowy colour with a white head. Initially it's got a carbonated soft fruit drink punch from the late eighties/early nineties feel about it, albeit with an alcoholic touch. Soft mouthfeel, a little thin but still with an exotic nod, a good playoff between tangy, lightly tart and with a little sweetness.

Can. Cloudy yellow. Fart burned wet hay, damp. Very edgy, stinky sweet fruit, yellow plum. Why is everything so sticky? Why is there beer where you need to drink another beer right afterwards to get rid of that stickyness? Oh well. Time for more research.

Can. Cloudy yellow, offwhite foam. Minty green nose, light farty grassy ensilage, medium body, dry, candied mint, light herbs and alium, Gletschereisbonbon. A bit sticky in the end.

Cloudy yellow. Aroma is lime mandarin mirabelle oat. Taste is sweet oat and mandarin with some more fruit. Pretty easy going with much flavour. Alright.

Can. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is dank, green fruits, gooseberries, pineapple, mirabelle plum. Taste is hoppy, grassy, some Gletschereis bonbon, and again a nice unripe fruit character with a dash of that slightly tart edge. Mineraly, medium carbonation with a bite. A bit sweet in the back. Nice one, Haze like I like it!
