A very dark brown beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has dried fruitness, raisin is dominating, also light barrel. Taste has dried fruitness, raisin, prune, light barrel. Onlly medium bodied. This is too simple, it's quite unexpected, because the potential of Pannepot is there.

Color Castaño oscuro, opaca, genera una débil capa de espuma color vainilla de poca duración y consistencia. Se siente un agradable matiz agrio en el aroma, con notas de ciruela, porto y Barrica. En boca entra vinosa y ligeramente agria, con notas de fruta seca, vinagre balsámico , pan negro, vino de Porto y tenues recuerdos de cacao, fondo cálido y dulce, alcohol maravillosamente bien integrado, textura oleosa, carbonatación baja, final seco y moderadamente amargo, final largo, postgusto espectacular...La cerveza se expande y mejora conforme atempera, cada sorbo es una delicia, sin duda está ha sido la Panepot que más he disfrutado. Buenísima de cojones.

Bottle. Nose is incredible. Brown sugar, raisins, fruity wine, almonds, christmas cake, stewed fruit, brown bread, malt, faintest hint of strawberrys. Taste is acidic, light malt, wine, lots of vinegar, a little red berry, very fruity finishing with leather and lots of tannin. It really doesn't work very well. Very thin

Dark amber. Aroma has deep fruit, light alcohol, with a slight malt. The barrels bring all manner of fruits to this. It's got some acidity, very light malt. It doesn't feel entirely like a Pannepot, the base is turned so fruity and juicy from the barrel.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has lots of dark dried fruits, gentle red wine barrels, and a touch of port-like oxidation. Flavour is tart, with lots of tart red wine barrels, port oxidation, and some light, airy red fruitiness. Nice barrel blend, finishing vinous, with sherry-like oxidation. Good stuff but not my favourite Pannepot.

330mL bottle, 2021 vintage. Pours cloudy brown with an off-white head. Nose has dried berries, brown sugar, and some gentle port barrels. Flavour has dried berries, dark sugars, some tannic red wine barrels, a bit of port character; fairly tart on the finish. The components are all well-balanced, but this is not my favourite Struise.

Bottle, 330 ml, shared with others at Njiva. Dark brown with beige head. Caramel, some chocolate, light vinous notes, touch of dried fruit, moderate sweetness. Not bad, but somehow quite thin for what it is.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours hazy deep reddish - brown with a small, bubbly khaki head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, rich and fruity, touch of vanilla, so juicy and jammy, blackberry jam, blackcurrant, fig, plum, strawberry, cakey, toasted fruit cake and fortified wines. The taste is dry, almost a touch tart, bitter - sweet, juicy, jammy, tangy dark fruits and berries, vinous, port, light vanilla, raisin, fig, prune, date, toasted fruit cake, leather, dry wood, warming alcohol, light tannin and a drying and woody finale. Medium+ body and soft carbonation. Lovely combo of fruit and wine. Moreish.

Bottle @home. Bruna intensa, schiuma virtualmente assente. Al naso intense note vinose, frutta rossa, frutta secca, datteri, marsala, malti tostati, caramello, leggero cioccolato. In bocca è abboccata con chiusura acida leggera, vinosa, complessa e rotonda. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Interessante.
