A Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Stout made with freshly roasted Emy J's Coffee. This beer is as complex as it gets. Flavors of vanilla, tannins, and coffee meld together to create a flavor as deep as the ravines of the Peruvian Andes!

Bottle @ home. Opaque black color, medium sized beige to light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, soft roast, coffee, bourbon. Wow. Flavor is equally good: malts, dark malts, bourbon, coffee, sweetish boutbon notes and dark malt bitter plus coffee. Cant get much better than this can it. I absolutely love these kind of beers. Only thing I can say about it is that its texture is fairly thin for an imperial stout so it tastes more like an American Strong Ale to me. Nonetheless, absolutely delicious!
