Can shared in Watford - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear brown with a creamy tan head. Rich coffee aroma. Light-medium sweet, black coffee, earth, a little ash, earth, brown bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; tastes a little thin. Lightly bitter finish, more bitter coffee. Not bad.

Can shared at the watford Christmas tasting 10/12/2021. Picked up from Cloudwater online. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting small light tan head. Aroma is really big fresh coffee bean, mellow Ash, green coffee bean, brown sugars, camp coffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, dry roast, fresh coffee, light Ash, mineral. Palate is semi sweet, dry, highish carbonation, light mineral.. Really nice coffee character.

Can from Cloudwater Online. It pours pretty black with a handsome tan head. The aroma is rich roasted, big hit of freshly ground coffee, sticky, tar, umami, liquorice, dark chocolate, some dark fruits and walnut. The taste is dry, rich roasted malt, touch of bitterness, good depth of coffee, fresh roast, toasted nut, cacao nibs, dark chocolate covered coffee beans, tobacco, slick, umami, liquorice, dark fruits, cracked black pepper, touch of chewy toffee and some light alcohol with a roasty finish. Medium+ body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice depth and plenty of coffee character.

Can pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's a cloudy dark brown-burgundy with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, fizzy finger-width light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is strong bittersweet roasted coffee but trending toward burnt grains/char; light caramel complement (mellows as it warms). Taste is strong bitter/charred roasted coffee but also with mild sweet creaminess, caramel and nuts. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste but a bit softer. Overall, bitter/charred coffee dwarfs other contributions but, once you let it breathe a little, those others come through.

16 oz. can. Aroma is huge coffee with cream. The coffee is bold and lingers throughout the sip. Medium body with a roasty texture. Honestly, it’s kind of a one trick pony but that one trick is done really well.
