Tap at HopDog. Clear golden. Sour, grassy, grainy bubblegum. Soft, but front heavy. Oily. Sticky sweet aftertaste. Could use more body, more crisp, more Helles. Not undrinkable, though.

Feste, relativ stabile gemischtporige Schaumkrone, im Duft eine wunderbare frische Getreidearomatik, dazu grasig-fruchtiger Hopfen, im Mund schlank, relativ trocken, leichte Säure, getreidig und frisch, wenig Kohlensäure, äußerst süffig. Sehr schönes Helles.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierhandwerk', best before January 2025. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, moderately grassy aroma of lemon peel, some fresh grass and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, some fresh grass and hints of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Pleasant Helles.

Bottle at archaeologist Ralph’s. Drink from the bottle but i assume it's gold. Nice balance, slight maltiness but then good clean bitterness following up. Grain and earthiness.
