Another addition to our beers brewed with local Scottish honey, this time with mosaic hops. The unique flavours of blueberry and bubblegum on top of mango and citrus are all perfectly balanced with the sweetness from the golden honey.

Hops: Mosaic, Columbus

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie April 2023. Thanks Mike for this. Misty golden yellow pour with a good pillowy white head. Lovely hop sweetness permeating through this with dank exotics and a a gentle honey influence.. decent.

17th April 2023; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie, five guys drinking and chatting with plenty of snacks. My last beer of the evening, cheers Mike. 440ml can, golden body, white head and a pleasant semi-sweetness to it's flavour, citrus fruits to the fore in both the nose and taste but subtle honey notes come through too.

440ml can online from Overtone Brewing Co, Glasgow, Scotland. A hazy orange/yellow coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, pineapple, honey taste and aroma, hint of blueberry too. Pleasing DIPA but very sweet for my palate.

Keg draught at the House of Trembling Madness, York. Light orange/yellow and hazy with a small white head. Aroma encapsulates everything I love about Mosaic: light stone fruit with lashes of wild berry to the fore. Taste is sweet, berry-laden and boozy with a savoury almost sweaty note further on in the finish. May be too sweet for some, but for me it is spot on. One hell of a revelation.

Can from Kihoskh and drunk at home (08/11/2022) - Sweet fruity and honey infused medley in play, some citrus and tropical fruity notes, getting some mosaic induced blueberry, some further notes of peach and mango, sweet malty backbone, sweet fruity and hoppy finish.
