Chén Pí s a Chinese seasoning made from sun-dried tangerine orange peel, commonly used in Chinese cuisine and herbal medicine. The salted tangerine peel gives a full body to the Lambic and the tangerine flavor is a perfect match for the citrus character of the Lambic.

TCBW2024. Golden colour with a tiny head. Aroma is funky, some zesty, mild wooden and bretty tones to it. Flavour is bretty, funky, some mild acidic tones with zest and a bit wooden tones.

T: sour plum, apricot, funky hay, wet cloth.
F: citric acid, orange peel, leather.
P: medium body, slick-sticky texture, average carbonation.
Too musty overall.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, nice brett smell, pretty fruity, citrus, juicy, oranges, tangerines. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, nice acidity, funky, oranges, brett, woody, funky. Aftertaste: more bitterness, orange peel, a bit funky, urinals. Decent, but not the best infused lambic. Didn’t get the salt.

Pours bit unclear blonde. Small white head. Scent is herbal-spicy, citrus, very different than the orange-like aroma I was expecting. Taste is full, tart (meidum intense) , Dry, the peel isn't too overpowering at all.
