Bottle @ Bourgogne des Flandres, Bruges. Pours a generally clear gold, small white ring atop. Light peachy fruit shades on the nose. Flavour profile presents slightly over-sweet, over-ripe peach with some gentle floral hints and very mild cardamom spice on the finish. Too sweet for my liking.

250ml bottle. Clear, orange golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally artificial, fruity and minimally spicy aroma, sweet-ish, malty background, hints of peach, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally tart-ish, fruity and minimally spicy, pale and caramel malty basis, hints of peach, a touch of cardamom.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Slightly artificial aroma, balanced taste, refreshing - not so bad.

Bottle from Utobeer, Borough Market, London. Lightly hazed yellowy-amber with a white head and a soft fizz. Tastes of tinned peaches and potpourri. The artificial peach blossom is really overdone. It's quite sweet with just a light tartness and a wisp of bitterness in the aftertaste. Too artificially floral for my liking.

Pours clear blonde, small white head. Scent of arteficial sweeteners fills the room upon even just pouring the beer. Peach candy as well. Sniffing the glass provides more of the same, but also clearly shows the cardamom. Nothing you wouldn't expect straight off the label, if you are familiar with swetened 'lambic' beers. Taste is Quite heavy on the cardamom, actually, providing more of a spicyness than a fruity beer. Peach remains present though. Sweet, but not the single most sweetened lambic either. It's just lost all acidity for sure. Doughy base from the malts. Medium body and carbo. Not great at all, but who would expect this to be ?

0.33 l bottle from 'Huis van de Geuze', best before June 2025. Clear, amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, rather fruity and a bit spicy aroma of peach, ice tea, light lemon and hints of cardamom. Fairly sweet, slightly sourish, rather fruity and minimally spicy taste of peach, ice tea, lemonade, a touch of lemon and hints of cardamom, followed by a short, slightly tartish finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not that bad.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma and flavour much like sweetened ice tea with "peach" flavour - which means dominant notes of artificial "peach" candy. Not very sour. The cardamom notes are quite discrete. Many young people will probably like this beer more than I did.
