Sample shared by Grumbo: Poured a golden with a fizzy fast dissipating white head. Aroma is sweet perfume. Taste is sweet, malty, a bit grain and corny.

26/5/2020. Bottle courtesy of my regular African ‘suppliers’ Boris and Aziz, cheers! Pours clear pale gold with a lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is light, grainy, straw, sweet malt and nothing unpleasant. Moderate sweetness and minimal bitterness. A little watery. Refreshing on a hot day, pretty good as African lagers go and better than most global brand offerings.

Brown bottle (which might make a huge difference). Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is sweet stuff, grains, fruits. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Meh, but not offensive.

Bottle courtesy of Moritz, cheers Moritz!, at home Attenkirchen, Saturday 21st September 2019. Pours gold with a white head, soft carbonation, rather pedestrian, light cereal, but it's having a go at being ok.

Bottle, thanks Moritz! Very light gold, thin head. The bottle is not green (thankfully). Flavor is very thin, tinge of malt sweetness and a hop has possibly been waved over the wort during the boil. Benin has done it much better than a lot of such lagers from the USA.

Bottle. Super pale, low head. Hay, sour grain, light off aromas. Medium body, sweet sugary, light grain, ok grass, unclean finish.
