Maybe too young in SbS with 2022. One note citrus sourness, some light orchard fruit. LCI

Side by side with 2023, thanks Beer T. Much more complexity. Earth, yuzu and lemon citrus, aged hops. Light balanced funk. LCI

750 mL bottle, 2022, at Ma Che, 5/13/24. Clear, very well-carbonated, bright golden-brass. Large head recedes slowly to cover. Beautiful, strongly aromatic nose approaching something like Boon but thankfully never intensifying in to the heavy apple of that brewery. Maybe more along the lines of Oude Beersel. Regardless, it's authentic, quite my and full of Brett and soft lactic acids. Moderately funky, though not quite poopy. In the mouth it's finely carbonated, malty, wheat-soft and balanced with tart Brett and mild lactic acids. Honey and light sourdough from the malts. Tons of flavor. Such a promising blender.

7/4/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Pours almost clear golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, woody, citrus, gooseberries, straw, yeast. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, quite tart and salty. Moderate body, average carbonation. Enjoyed this.
