Triple collaboration batch of Sibeeria Brewery, Demory Paris, and Moor Beer Company. At the beginning of January, we spent a week together travelling and then brewing beer. After a few weeks, a joint beer was born in Prague - a crisp and bitter West Coast IPA with Simcoe, Falconer's Flight, Chinook, and Columbus hops. Better to not ask why there is a moose on the label.

A: clear golden, stable, foamy, white head.
A: melon, mandarin peel, pine nut, peanut, onion.
T: sweetish melon & grape, peanut, bitter grapefruit.
F: piney & herbal hops, bitter citrus pith, bit dank onion.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Classic IPA, no frills, good.

Can at Base Camp with ElDesmadre. Clear golden body, white head. Resinous aroma, light onion, some orange, clean maltiness. Resinous taste, mild blue cheese in a good way, citric, orangey notes, solid bitterness. Okay!

Clear blond yellow beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, very fruity, mango, lovely stuff, a little dank, some sweet malts, caramel, minty, floral notes, some lavender. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy start, pretty resinous, sweet, malty, good bitterness, grassy. Aftertaste: grains, very resinous, very bitter, minty, grassy, hoppy, more hops, fruity, a bit sweet, gentle bitterness.

Dorée/pâle, col blanc.
Arôme est frais houblonné herbacé avec un effet un peu de sous-bois, marécage lichen/forêt avec ce côté un peu gruit, le tout rehaussé par une bonne note de malts apportant un léger rétro céréales, pils, pâle.
Palais est franchement bien ficelé avec cette approche classique américaine de West Coast - pas de haze ici, et c'est tant mieux. Léger sec, poussiéreux, petite note de céréales - cara pâle, pils avec une amertume fine. Houblonné assez herbacé avec une belle note florale.

Can. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. A lot of tiny carbonation bubbles keep coming up in the glass. Aroma: Hoppy, grassy. Taste: Grassy and bit piney hop, caramel malt, hints of citrus fruit. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness, going to medium bitterness at the long lasting dry-ish finish. Nice West Coast.

Can. Pretty classic west coast, general fruity and citrusy character, mix yeasty estery and hoppy. Easy drinking, rather clean, thin, dry, even tho med-light crystaly sweetness present. Overall good one.
