Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and light retention. Aroma of funky ester notes with some green apple notes and tart notes. Taste is a good mix of granny smith with some tart notes and light oak and funky ester notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation.Super enjoyable wild ale with a good level of drinkability and complexity.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, fast diminishing white head. Aroma: Fruity, funky notes. Taste: Fruity citrus, grape and hints of stone fruit and apple. Funky notes, light Brett, some wood. Medium body, just below average carbonation. A Geuze-like wild beer. Easy drinkable, smooth, yet tastefull and enough complexity. Moderate tart, a little hopbitterness and hints of sweetness. Long fruity and dry-ish finish. Very nice.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, lactic acid, light cork, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light peppery character, light fruity esters, light Brett, light buttery notes, very nice and smooth. Bottle at mondiale 2024.

Aroma is tart fruity notes of plums, berries, funky farmhouse and bretty notes of apples as well as leather, tannins and wooden barrels. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of hay, plums, wine grapes, farmhouse and bretty notes of berries, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Semi dry finish.
