Bottle. From Track, I think. Soft haze on a pale gold. Sturdy white foam. Nose has grass cuttings. Some sweaty leather. Some goat cheese. Taste is dry, and light bitter. Light body verges on watery. Foamy carbonation. Thin, dry finish. Not a deal going on here at all.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from RAD Beer. Pours almost entirely clear with a billowing, frothy pure white head. A very nice beer overall. Lightly sweet, with modest pale woody dryness, nips of lemony tartness, subtle funk, oak, white grape. Light to medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Well balanced finish, more soft citric tang, oaky dryness. Exceptional.

375 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar. ABV is 5.0%. Very pale straw colour, clear untill the yeast is poured in the end. Large to moderate white head. Very nice aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse and white wine (though red wine barrels have been used here) peaches and apricots. Medium sour flavour with the same elements, balanced and sophisticated.

Slank, frisk, elegant og superlett å helle innenfor snippen.
