The West Coast IPA is a modern classic that changed perceptions of what beer could be, and paved the way for today's craft beer scene. Our own approach is informed by experiences working with trailblazing brewers and diving deep into their celebrated beers, so this delivers the hallmark layered bitterness and a clean, dry, resinous finish alongside punchy flavours provided by a blend of modern and classic hop varietals.

Can from Explosivedog, thanks: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, some bubblegum, some flowers. Taste is lightly bitter, fruity, not very juicy. Not a full on west coast but still refreshing in a world of haze.

Can from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham and shared in Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, toffee, tangerine citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light crisp, fresh, mineral, orange citrus, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
