T42 Christmas Bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Airy malts. Light floral sweetness. Mild citrus and floral dried fruits. The airy finish brings a little estery sweetness. It's okay.

Bottle, sent my way, by fellow Cloudwater ticker Wingmane. Cheers for the whale, Dave! Pale gold, with a soft haze. Frothy, voluminous, white head. Nose is all grassy, privet leaf, lemony hop. Bread dough malt in the background. Taste is sweet and flowery, with a little yeasty dryness. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. Grassy finish. Not bad, given it’s past it’s first birthday.

Re-rate because I originally added this to the wrong entry in Feb 2017.
330ml bottle. Pale gold colour with a slight haze, small white head. Aroma: herbal/spicy hops, citrus, apple. Taste: floral herby grassy hops, citrus, an odd apple cider-like flavour about it, light malt, light sweet with barely perceptible bitterness. Body is light, carbonation is lively. At 6 months old I think this is the ’oldest’ Cloudwater beer I’ve ever drank so probably not at its best now.
