Lager hops, crispy. A bit watery. Ok.

Clean, mid-golden colour with a white cap, decent stay and foamy lacing patches. Fresh herbal hop nose with some light spiciness, sweet-fruity malts with hints of apples. Crisp mouthfeel with a light touch of dryness. Thin, yet refreshing. The taste is fresh with a tad herbs, cereal malts and apples. The grain mildly lingers with the hops. A really beautiful, very light Spelt lager with enough going on to not feel too low on alcohol, and be very refreshing overall.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes and some herbal hoppy notes and light spicy spelt notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some peppery spelt notes and some semi-sweet notes and light herbal hops notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good lager with a clean malt bill and nice spelt note

Golden, just slight haze. Medium head. Moderate bitterness. Just a slight bit of doughiness to the pale malts. Light body. Touch of herbaceous hop. Decent.

A golden lager with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with herbal piney hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy piney hops, Saaz, light mineral notes, light bread, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
