Clean, rich golden colour with lively carbonation, a frothy-creamy, warm-white head, good retention and thick foamy lacing left. Malty aromas with some light sweetness (caramel malts) with a touch of grassiness, spiciness, pears and alcohol. The Belgian aspect comes out a little more in the taste with the mild sugars, spices and yeast. The body is not too thick, and has a cutting dryness in the finish. Not overly hopped - which is nice. A tad alcohol-bitterness is left on the tongue. An interesting warming Tripel with some decent, blended hoppiness.

Can: Poured a golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of sweet malt notes with some spices and dry hops notes. Taste is also a mix of sweet malt with some candi sugar notes, light spices and some dry hops notes. Body is full for style with some good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well made triple thought slightly cloying.

Arômes tropicaux légèrement poivrés avec ajout de clou de girofle et de résine de houblon. Le liquide est doré profond, parfaitement limpide, couvert d’une mousse d’épaisseur moyenne qui se maintient également moyennement. Fruité, houblonné et épicé parfaitement équilibré en entrée de bouche. Fortement effervescente et se rapprochant dangereusement des exemples Belges à ce niveau. Le dry-hop est pas mal en évidence avec de forts accents de résine. Un doux fruité à résonnance tropicale avec des notes d’ananas, de fruit de la passion et d’agrumes couronne le tout. L’alcool s’harmonise avec la résine pour provoquer une chaleur âprelette. La finale est amère, carbonatée et fruitée. Une Triple du Nouveau-Monde très solide.
