Olfactif au profil céréalier marqué aux allures de pain frais avec de subtiles houblons herbacés. Liquide jaune paille clair comme le cristal. Mousse effervescente, rocailleuse qui tiens moyennement longtemps. Entrée de bouche céréalière rappelant le pain frais avec une retro olfaction aux notes de biscuit. L'apport des houblons est herbacé et poivré. Les saveurs maltées sont beaucoup plus céréalières que sucrées. Le corps est mince et la carbonatation très active. Rafraichissante, délicate, bien maltée et légèrement amère. J’aurais cependant préféré un apport un peu plus miellé/sucré des malts. Quand même une bonne représentation du style. Draught: Poured a clear golden color cream ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of residual sugar notes with some cereal notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking options with limited complexity.

Clean, very light golden colour with a frothy white head, soapy like the lacing it leaves, and pretty good retention. Herbal aromas with apple notes. The hops are quite present in the taste with some bitterness, grassiness. Thin enough in the mouthfeel with some building dryness in the end. Not the style I remember with corn, but a very hoppy light lager - if this is your thing.
