Flagon. Very hazy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Yeah - nice champagne vibe here, slighty bitter and savoury grape well integrated with a citric hop bite. Whisper of esters. Crisp finish. Liking this Brut IPA fad, they are quite variable but no Turkeys. So far.

Tap at Cloudwater. Glowing gold. Fully opaque. Film of white suds. Nose has a distinct Belgian vibe. Floral. Yeasty. Bready. Even some banana like esters. Hops are taking a back seat here. Taste is bready sweet, with a herbal bitterness. Medium body. A touch cloying, maybe. Foamy carbonation. Herbal, bready finish. Strange brew. Not for me, this one.

5 oz. draft @ Field Trip 2018. Nice dry texture with a effervescent mouthfeel. Does display a champagne like feel to it. Good amount of citrus hops. If this is the next trend, I could dig it. Good drink. Refreshing after so many heavy stouts during this 2018 Field Trip.
