Nice malty, grainy nose, dusty. Pretty good, and has survived the tavel nicely. Crushable. Touch of sweetness.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 21 Apr 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of bread, grain, grass and herbal hops. Malty, fruity taste with bread, grass, hay, hints of peaches and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Elegant, harmonious and well balanced lager. Very nice.

Can: Poured a really light pale yellow color lager with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of light wheat malt notes with some floral notes. Taste is a mix of floral notes with some lightly sweet wheat malt notes and lightly sweet finish. Drinks well but would have preferred a dryer finish.

Arome houblonné herbacé avec une légère portion de céréales de blé. Liquide doré très pale avec une limpidité exemplaire, couronné d’une petite mousse qui tient moyennement. Les houblons herbacés et épicés dominent largement en bouche mais on sent bien la base céréalière de blé. L’amertume est également assez prenante et, combinée à des notes poivrées et une carbonatation assez intense, nous donne une très longue fin de bouche. Originale et bien rafraichissante.
