An easy drinking traditional copper coloured English ale. Roasted barley and cara malt give this a fruity taste and a pleasant citrus finish.

50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. An attractive copper coloured pour, with just the right amount of conditioning to give a cask-like pour with a ring of white head and with all the sediment remaining in the bottle; otherwise a straightforward malty bitter, with a fruity malt aroma; caramel malt body with some tasrt apple; and a smooth dry finish. Very drinkable.
