A smooth, full-bodied stout fit for the season reaturing chocolate malt, oats and creamy vanilla for a luscious, velvety mouthfeel. Additions of brown sugar creates delicate sweetness while subtle coffee notes meld with cosy, warming spices of cinnamon and ginger.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours black with beige head. Aroma of ginger bread, notes of chocolate. Tastes sweet. Full bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Far too sweet and unbalanced.

330ml can from Waitrose in Rickmansworth, Herts. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a thinnish beige head on top. Rich, sweet, chocolate, ginger, cinnamon, caramel, spice taste, aroma something similar. Really enjoyed this one.

Can from Eltham Sainsburys. Nose is caramel, gingerbread, brown sugar, chocolate ice cream, cola. Taste is full on gingerbread, splash of chocolate cake, coffee, cocoa, brown sugar. Heavy sweet aftertaste. Tasty stuff, surprised to find this in a supermarket

Can courtesy of Baz, cheers mate! consumed at Jude and Baz's, Spond, nr Kington, Herefordshire Friday 17th October 2025. Pours pitch black with a head that rapidly departed, thick mouthfeel, a little bit of treacle, there's a little late spice with cinnamon, sticky toffee and chocolate. Great beer.

Can. Waitrose. Slick and rich coffee and ginger biscuit. Hits the mark on all levels. Bonkers sweet but then it’s going to be. Impressive drinkability.

330ml can bought as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Black and opaque with a quickly dissipating tan head. Booze, ginger, black grape, fuel, creamy coffee in the aroma. Taste is extremely sweet, too sweet but still enjoyable. Clear notes of gingerbread, some coffee, treacle. Very thick body, soft to medium carbonation.

Aroma is quite artificial with cake frosting and cinnamon, dark coconut-chocolateish notes. not much roasted malts 6/10
flavor is a bit better, chocolate, cake frosting, coca-cola, vanilla, fainter roasted malts. Very cristmassy and pastry-ish, could do as a thinnish dessert-stout. 7/10
pal 3/5 ov 14/20
(from notes intended for ratebeer)

Can from Tesco and drunk at home. Black beer lasting tan head. Aroma of coffee and dark chocolate aroma. Yes some gingerbread flavour. I mean it's pretty good. Thick gloopy. A properly good impy stout. Yes some coffee. It's decent. Like drinking a cild espresso with a ginger biscuit. Good
