16 oz. Can. No date coding. Aroma shows mild apricot, weak citrus. Flavor has weak citrus, mild sweetness in the finish. Lighter body. Not bad but with so many wonderful breweries in VT, it will be difficult for this to keep pace.

Can. Pours hazy golden, medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is light, notes of melon, mango, grapefruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, tropical leaning. Medium body. Solid effort from a new brewery.

Bottleshare at Leighton’s gaff. Big thanks to Leighton for the can. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, light sweetness. Thin floralness. Mildly tangy orange peel. Decent hop spice. Mild pine. Spicy tangy finish. Lacks a bit of punch and fullness but quite drinkable.

Can shared in London - big thanks to drsandman. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds ripe citrus, orange, cheese, pine, rich bread. Medium sweet flavour with more bready malts, faint caramel, jammy citrus, bitter pine. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Resinous and sticky in the finish, with more ripe citrus, pale bread, mellow bitterness. So so overall. A little heavy handed.

Can care of LKS. It pours hazy amber with a hint of brown and small white head. The aroma is fresh, lemongrass, verbena, menthol, cheddar, toasty grain, brioche and candied peel. The taste is slick, oily, chewy, brioche, candle peel, tangerine, spicy, grass, oily, lemongrass and lychee with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Cheddar and mint. Odd.

A milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, fruity biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light sulfur, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with orange pulp, light tropical fruits, resinous floral hops, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at brewpub.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head that left some filmy clingy lace.
The aroma kept a tight reign on some bitter citrus rind-like hops and then some orange marmalade sweetness. Some caramel and butterscotch malts play underneath.
The flavor blends the hops to the malts sweetly but ends up keeping out some of that orange marmalade that was noted in the aroma. Some bitterness is there, but faint. Sly malty aftertaste with a crisp sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body leaning closer to that medium side of the wheelhouse. Moderate sipping quality with a good carbonation. ABV felt right.
Overall, decent DIPA, but they brew better beers than this. Not bad for their first canning. This seems like one not to age.
