A very gentle and easy drinking Belgian ale. The nose is citrus and buscuity malt with a hint of brown sugar. The taste profile is easy drinking, with citrus and floral hops, punchy fruitiness, and smooth soft caramel malt. There is a hint of Belgian yeast, which manifests itself as understated banana. The body is medium with a touch of richness in the extended taste.

Hazy orange, large white head. Lovely yeast notes, citrus, fruit, pale cereals, refreshing, and very crisp. Fantastic quaff

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with a warm cap, good stay and some nice creamy lacing. Aromas of fruitiness with some tropical fruits, some Belgian Ale yeast sweetness and hints of bubblegum. A mild dry mouthfeel. The taste has the fruitiness blended with some light grassy hops in the finish. The yeast balances everything. Quite nice and easy to drink.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, grassy floral hops, resinous and piney, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light honey, candy sugar, light curacao, coriander, grassy hops, very nice. Growler at brewery.

Growler: Poured a bright golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes is more dominant then expected with some fruity ester also noticeable. Taste is a mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some fruity ester and residual sugar notes is pretty pleasant. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Nice beer though maybe lacking some attenuation.

On tap at the Ottawa beerfest. A light copper pour, lightly Belgian fairly hop forward aroma. Soft mouthfeel on a medium body. The taste is solidly Belgian and lightly hoppy.
