As a Saison, this is as old school as they get. Lightly sour, brewed only with grain and hops made right here! Brewed for before, meanwhile and after hard labour on the fields!

Bottle. Nose is a massive wheat bomb, undercut with floral brett and funk tones with a hint of lemon. Taste is lemon, wheat, wheat, wheat, more wheat, some wheat, hint of wheat, with leading wheat. Underneath the wheat, you get brett, lemon, some spice in the slight watery finish. There is a decent sour body to this - much more than is typical in a saison Further tastes give a little salt and lots of funk. Over carbonated. It’s an interesting beer with lots of funk, brett and sourness, but the wheat is overpowering, and while I love a farmouse beer, this just felt disjointed, and was the fizziest beer I’ve ever had.

Light haze on this paleish gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Bretty nose with candy fruits following. Palate is light, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Taste follows and adds light floralness and citrus. Light finish. Not bad.

Bottle (from Koht). Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is fruity, sour, cooked fruits, citrus, diacetyl like stuff. Flavor is sweet, slightly sour, fruits, popcorn, citrus, lemon, spices, more diacetyl like stuff. Body is watery. Overall: no saison in this one, just some random rather s*it beer sold for premium price. 2.3 feels like overrate, but I managed to drink more than 1/2 of bottle, so....

Zurige geur, eerste smaak wat vreemd maar na wat langer drinken best aangenaam.

Blond hazy body. Almost no head. Unpleasant cheesy aroma and dito flavour. Not convincing.
